🎯 HR Business Partner - Généraliste RH

💡Le contexte

Nous recherchons un(e) HR Business Partner expérimenté(e), rattaché(e) au Directeur des fonctions support (CFO), qui apportera conseil et expertise aux managers dans les domaines suivants : conformité, formation et développement, rémunération et avantages sociaux, recrutement, planification des effectifs, gestion de la performance et relations sociales.

Le/La Senior HR Business Partner est un partenaire stratégique des dirigeants et de leurs équipes locales, chargé(e) de traduire la stratégie business en une stratégie et un plan RH détaillés. Cela inclut la mise en œuvre de solutions RH à la fois créatives et innovantes.

Ce rôle soutiendra les objectifs visant à recruter, engager, développer et fidéliser les meilleurs talents, ainsi qu’à construire les capacités organisationnelles nécessaires au succès de l’entreprise à court et long terme.

🧠 Vos missions :

Opérations RH du quotidien 

  • Gérer les onboarding et offboarding de A à Z
  • Coordonner la paie externalisée et en contrôler la fiabilité
  • Superviser l'administration du personnel en lien avec les prestataires
  • Maintenir les données RH à jour et fiables
  • Gérer les absences, congés, arrêts maladie 

Partenariat managers 

  • Être le point de contact RH de tous les managers de l'entreprise
  • Apporter un appui concret sur les questions d'équipe, de recrutement et d'organisation
  • Accompagner les situations individuelles sensibles avec discernement 

Conformité et relations sociales 

  • Veiller à la conformité des pratiques RH (droit du travail français)
  • Préparer et animer les réunions CSE
  • Gérer les situations sensibles en lien avec le conseil juridique externe
  • Appliquer et faire vivre les politiques internes 

Recrutement 

  • Piloter les processus de recrutements de bout en bout en appui des managers 
  • Assurer une expérience candidat soignée 

Performance & développement 

  • Déployer et animer les campagnes d'évaluation
  • Identifier les besoins de formation et mettre en place des actions ciblées
  • Soutenir les managers dans la gestion de la performance 

✅ Profil recherché 

  • A partir de 4 ans d'expérience en RH généraliste ou HRBP, idéalement en PME ou startup
  • Expérience préalable dans une environnement technologique ou scientifique
  • À l'aise pour gérer seul/e un périmètre RH complet (interlocuteur RH unique)
  • Bonne maîtrise du droit du travail français
  • Expérience de coordination avec des prestataires externes (paie, juridique)
  • Sens du service, réactivité et capacité à jongler avec des sujets variés
  • Aisance avec les outils RH et bureautiques
  • Français courant indispensable – anglais professionnel requis (équipe et prestataires internationaux)

💡 About the role

DNA Script is a Franco-American biotech with around 70 employees, specializing in enzymatic DNA synthesis. You will join an agile, international organization with teams based primarily in France (HQ), along with a few individuals in the US. 

You will be the company's sole HR contact, reporting directly to the CFO in charge of support functions. You will rely on external providers (payroll firm, employment law counsel) for specialized topics. 

This is primarily an operational role: keeping HR running smoothly day to day, with rigor, responsiveness, and practical judgment. 

 🧠Your missions :

Day-to-day HR operations 

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding end to end
  • Coordinate outsourced payroll and ensure its accuracy
  • Oversee personnel administration in coordination with external providers
  • Keep HR data accurate and up to date
  • Handle absences, leave, and sick days 

Manager support 

  • Serve as the HR point of contact for all managers across the company
  • Provide practical advice on team, recruitment, and organizational matters
  • Handle sensitive individual cases with sound judgment and discretion 

Compliance and employee relations 

  • Ensure HR practices comply with French labor law
  • Prepare and run CSE meetings
  • Manage sensitive situations in coordination with external legal counsel
  • Apply and maintain internal policies consistently 

 Recruitment 

  • Lead recruitment processes end to end in support of managers 
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience 

Performance & development 

  • Roll out and run performance review cycles
  • Identify training needs and implement targeted actions
  • Support managers in performance management 

 What we are looking for 

  • 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP, ideally in an SME or startup 
  • Prior experience in a technology or scientific environment 
  • Comfortable managing a full HR scope independently (sole HR contact) 
  • Good command of French labor law 
  • Service mindset, responsiveness, and ability to juggle diverse topics 
  • Comfortable with HR tools and standard office software 
  • Professional English required - French fluency essential (international team and providers)
