We are looking for a confident, hands-on, and solutions-driven HR Business Partner to take full ownership of the HR function within our Durban operation. This is a high-visibility role suited to someone who can balance operational support, employee relations, governance, and people engagement while building strong partnerships across the business.

Job Purpose
As the HR Business Partner, you will take full ownership of the Human Resources function within the Durban operation by delivering consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
You will partner closely with operational leadership to drive workforce effectiveness, manage employee relations risk, support recruitment and workforce planning, and enhance employee experience while ensuring alignment to labour legislation and Nimble Group standards.
Key Performance Areas
- Partner closely with Operations leadership to provide practical HR support and guidance
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to exits
- Lead Employee Relations processes including discipline, incapacity, performance management, and CCMA preparation
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, reporting, and HR administration
- Drive compliance with labour legislation, HR governance, and Employment Equity requirements
- Support employee engagement, culture, and people-focused initiatives across the business
- Provide employee support relating to the benefits, exits, and employee documentation

Minimum Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
- 5–7 years HR Generalist / HR Business Partner experience
- Experience within a high-volume operational or call centre environment
- Strong CCMA preparation and representation experience
- Strong understanding of labour legislation
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle independently
