Job Title
Sr HR Business PartnerProvide HR consultative services for one or more manufacturing facilities by ensuring the adoption of HR related programs and initiatives that support the employee life cycle. Proactively identify talent related needs and partner with leadership and HR Centers of Expertise to solution. Apply solid understanding of HR knowledge and consulting. Balance consultative and operational tasks effectively to optimize HR business partner impact.Under minimal supervision, provide consultative support on people related matters of increasing complexity pertaining to the facility.
Understand and implement established HR related programs at the facility in support of the employee life cycle.
Learn the business environment, objectives, and people implications in order to help the facility meet and exceed its financial and operational metrics.
Effectively communicate facility progress against metrics and identify employee related implications.
Proactively engages HR Business Partner team and HR Centers of Expertise to learn and share best practice.
Complete hiring and onboarding activities.
Manage employee relations activities utilizing strong judgement and communication skills; demonstrate understanding of company policies and legislative requirements.
Advise supervisors on performance, behavior, and development related matters.
Ensure that programs are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Provide training and present information to employees and managers in both large and small group formats.
Partner with Centers of Expertise to deliver employee related programs and understand factors that may impact and drive success.
Assist and/or perform in any and all areas as assigned.
May be the first HR point of contact for all employee related questions at the facility.
May provide support to less experienced HR Business Partners.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Recommended Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience:
Recommended 4 years related work experience.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Exhibit in depth knowledge and experience in HR discipline.
Exhibit strong interpersonal and organizational skills, great attention to detail, as well as excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Exhibit effective cooperation and communication skills to effectively work within a team environment.
Effectively give and receive feedback; willingly ask questions and seek direction, as needed.

Target Hiring Range
Annual Salary: USD 82,143.00 - USD 108,429.00Actual compensation is commensurate with experience, skills and education.
