In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leadership, champion employee experience, and help shape a people-first environment where everyone can thrive and grow.
What You’ll Be Doing:Culture & Employee Engagement
- Partner with department heads to develop team-specific culture initiatives.
- Lead employee feedback sessions to strengthen engagement strategies.
- Support and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across BrainRocket.
Training & Development
- Oversee the rollout of training programs tailored to business needs.
- Identify skill gaps and create learning initiatives that support growth.
- Facilitate engaging workshops to upskill individuals and teams.
Performance Management
- Guide managers in setting expectations and running effective reviews.
- Ensure consistent performance practices across the organization.
- Provide daily support on policy interpretation and performance matters.
Career Development & Succession Planning
- Work with leadership to identify and develop high-potential talent.
- Build structured career pathways to support long-term retention.
- Contribute to strategic workforce planning and organizational design.
Employee Relations
- Handle complex employee relations matters with fairness and care.
- Advise managers on coaching, disciplinary action, and employee engagement.
- Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk through sound HR practices.
Recruitment & Hiring
- Collaborate in the interview and selection process to ensure great hiring decisions.
- Support recruitment strategies that attract diverse, top-tier talent.
Payroll Support
- Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate inputs for bonuses, overtime, and deductions.
Change Management
- Help teams adapt to change with resilience and a positive mindset.
- Strengthen morale and collaboration during organizational transitions.
Other Duties
- Jump into new projects or responsibilities as needed – we’re growing fast!
- 5+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a generalist or managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s/HR certification is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of employment law, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’re a people person and a problem-solver.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
