Job Responsibilities:

Vill du arbeta nära verksamheten där besluten fattas och där HR gör verklig skillnad? Vi söker nu en HR Business Partner till vår produktionsverksamhet i Vårgårda.

I rollen arbetar du nära chefer inom Operations och är ett kvalificerat stöd i allt från dagliga HR-frågor till mer komplexa ärenden. Du driver frågor inom arbetsrätt, arbetsmiljö, förändring och prestation, och vågar utmana samt skapa dialog när det behövs.

Du verkar i en snabbrörlig miljö med stark koppling till verksamheten, där din förmåga att både agera snabbt och samtidigt stanna upp, analysera och fatta välgrundade beslut är avgörande.

 

I rollen kommer du bland annat:

  • Stöttar chefer i arbetsrätt, rehabilitering och individärenden

  • Driver och deltar i MBL-förhandlingar och facklig samverkan

  • Arbetar nära verksamheten i förändrings- och organisationsfrågor

  • Bidrar till utveckling av arbetssätt och HR-processer

  • Planerar och genomför workshops samt utbildningar för chefe

  • Arbeta proaktivt med arbetsmiljö, kultur och prestationsutveckling 

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har några års erfarenhet av HR-arbete och vill fortsätta utvecklas i en verksamhetsnära roll där du kombinerar operativt stöd med strategiska inslag. Du har en stabil grund inom arbetsmiljö, rehabilitering och kvalificerat chefstöd.

 

Du är trygg i din yrkesroll men fortsatt nyfiken och utvecklingsorienterad. Du har lätt för att skapa förtroende i organisationen, samtidigt som du vågar utmana och driva frågor framåt. Med ett pragmatiskt och lösningsorienterat arbetssätt hanterar du både vardagliga HR-frågor och mer komplexa ärenden på ett strukturerat sätt.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du: 

  • Har erfarenhet av brett HR-arbete, gärna i en verksamhetsnära roll (ca 3–6 års erfarenhet)

  • Har erfarenhet från tillverkningsindustri och arbete med kollektivanställda, gärna inom IF Metall/teknikavtalet

  • Är trygg i arbetsrätt och van att hantera förhandlingar och svåra samtal

  • Är modig, tydlig och vågar utmana samtidigt som du är lyhörd och bygger förtroende

  • Trivs i ett högt tempo och gillar att arbeta nära verksamheten

  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av ledningsgruppsarbete samt är van att arbeta med KPI:er och datadrivet arbetssätt.

Skills Required

  • 3-6 years of broad HR experience in operational HR roles
  • Experience from manufacturing industry and working with unionized employees
  • Experience with IF Metall / teknikavtalet
  • Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law and experience handling negotiations
  • Experience supporting managers in rehabilitation, individual cases and occupational health
  • Experience driving change, organizational issues and performance development
  • Ability to plan and deliver workshops and trainings for managers
  • Fluent Swedish and good English, spoken and written
  • Experience working with management teams and KPI/data-driven HR
