The HR Business Partner Director serves as the senior talent and organizational advisor to assigned business and functional leadership teams and participates on the respective Senior Leadership Teams (SLTs). This leader translates business strategy into leadership, talent, workforce, and organizational priorities that enable profitable growth, improve productivity, and build the organizational capabilities needed to succeed today and in the future.
Partnering closely with business and Technology leaders, this role brings a clear point of view, develops integrated talent and workforce strategies, and helps shape how work evolves through people, AI, and technology. Together with business leaders, they build and execute plans that strengthen leadership, increase talent density, and improve business performance.

Build leadership capability and organizational effectiveness by equipping leaders with the insights, tools, and practices needed to deliver business results.
Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives that improve productivity, accelerate adoption, and prepare the business for future growth.
Use workforce insights, business data, AI capabilities, and external trends to evaluate progress, adapt plans, and improve business performance.
Partner with business leaders to define, measure, and achieve business and talent outcomes.
Help evolve the HR Business Partner function by simplifying work, integrating human + agent capabilities, increasing leader and Partner self-service, and continuously improving how HR delivers value.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Technology, or a related field.

Strong business acumen and judgment, with the ability to anticipate business needs, assess workforce and organizational implications, and develop practical recommendations that improve business performance.
