The Care Team is seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support leaders and employees across a growing multi-state healthcare organization. As an HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with operational leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, compliance, talent development, and organizational initiatives. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate change while fostering a positive, engaged, and high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with operational leaders to provide strategic guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead employee relations investigations, performance improvement initiatives, and compliance efforts while ensuring consistent application of company policies and employment laws.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HRIS transactions, leave administration, training compliance, and workforce planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improving employee engagement, retention, and operational performance.
- Build strong relationships across the organization while serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and championing a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Three or more years of Human Resources Generalist or HR Business Partner experience; healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, HR compliance, and performance management.
- Experience supporting multiple locations or multi-state operations preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.

- Ohio and surrounding territories
- Full-Time | Exempt Position
- Up to 25% travel within the assigned region
Skills Required
