Responsibilities and Qualifications:
New Employee Onboarding:
- Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Responsibilities: Efficiently coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, managing tasks such as paperwork processing and desk setup, collaborating with insurance providers to facilitate health insurance setup for new hires, etc. Strong organizational skills are vital for ensuring a smooth transition and positive initial experiences for new team members.
Employee Offboarding:
- Qualifications: Exceptional attention to detail.
- Responsibilities: Manage the offboarding process, paying close attention to detail when removing employee data from HR systems and coordinating with insurance providers. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure compliance and a respectful departure for existing employees.
Employee Records:
- Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Responsibilities: Utilize proficiency in MS Office Suite to update and maintain employees' data. This includes managing vacation balances and ensuring accurate data entry in HR systems (Hibob, Albus, AMG, Notion). Proficiency in these tools is essential for reliable employee records and streamlined HR processes.
Office Management:
- Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Responsibilities: Apply strong organizational and multitasking skills to procure and manage office supplies, handle inventory management, and coordinate repairs and replacements for office equipment. These skills contribute to a well-equipped and organized work environment, ensuring uninterrupted workflow and a comfortable workspace for the team.
Event Management:
- Qualifications: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
