Office Administration
Manage day-to-day office administration and vendor coordination.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners across APAC and EMEA.
Oversee procurement, inventory management, and asset tracking.
Coordinate employee travel and mobility-related activities.
Support facilities management, invoicing, and administrative documentation.
Handle employee queries and provide operational support.
Maintain operational records and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Support office events, employee gifting, and workplace initiatives.
Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational activities as required.
HR Operations
Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, confirmation, and offboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare HR letters, employment-related documents, and employee communications.
Coordinate with payroll and insurance vendors for employee-related processes.
Support HR compliance requirements and maintain relevant records.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, team events, and CSR activities.
Support audit requirements, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
