Summary:
Support the human resources department by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Description:
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Answer employee queries regarding benefits and policies.
- Help with performance reviews and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR software is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
