The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote HR Recruiter at Turquoise Health, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, helping identify, attract, and hire top talent to support the company’s growth.
This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about building diverse and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment documentation
- Support employer branding and diversity recruitment initiatives
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions
- Knowledge of employment laws and diversity hiring practices
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience

Job Location
Turquoise Health is a fully remote company based in the US. We work with team members and contractors in the US and around the world, but we operate on US business hours and work with clients entirely based in the US. For this role, we are seeking US-based candidates.
