The Role

About the Role
The HR Assistant supports HR operations including onboarding, employee records, recruitment coordination, and compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Coordinate interviews and handle candidate communication
• Support benefits administration and HR inquiries
• Assist with HR reporting and compliance updates
• Maintain confidential employee information

Qualifications
• Experience in HR support or administrative roles
• Knowledge of HR processes and systems
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Excellent organizational ability
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
