The People & Culture (P&C) team is a sub-team within the HR department, dedicated entirely to nurturing our employees, organizational culture, and internal processes. Our mission is to ensure that Infinum remains a place where everyone feels engaged, satisfied, and supported.
The team consists of a P&C Manager and P&C Specialists, all with 8+ years of experience at Infinum.
We see ourselves as a bridge between business goals and the everyday experience of the people who make them happen. As Infinum continues to grow, we make sure our culture grows with us, staying authentic, supportive, and aligned with our values.
From onboarding and performance management to recognition, well-being initiatives, team events, and everything in between, our goal is to help create a workplace where talented individuals can do great work and feel good doing it.
We collaborate closely with team leads, management, and other HR sub-teams to ensure that the employee experience is consistent, transparent, and meaningful throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology
- Good organizational skills and the ability to balance flexibility with strong personal responsibility.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with critical and creative thinking capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with giving and receiving feedback.
- High emotional intelligence and an active commitment to building positive team energy.
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and proactively engage in initiatives.
- Genuine interest in the cultural and "fun" side of HR, especially event organization and social gatherings.
- Fluency in Croatian and excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, AI tools) for administration and communication.
- Previous HR experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and logistical support throughout the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Preparing reports, collecting data, and helping track action points for various P&C initiatives.
- Coordinating and executing the operational aspects of internal events and cultural activities — including celebrations, team moments, and fun & games — with opportunities to propose and shape new ideas.
- Assisting P&C Specialists and the P&C Manager in ongoing partnership work with Team Leads and individual contributors.
- Handling administrative tasks such as maintaining handbooks, updating internal tools, and managing internal groups and communication channels.
- Supporting and contributing to processes related to employee experience and engagement, including survey preparation, distribution, analysis, and follow-ups.
- Assisting in the administration and day-to-day operations of key P&C programs such as Performance Management, Recognition, Perks & Benefits, and other internal projects.
- Collaborating with other HR sub-teams to ensure smooth, consistent, and meaningful processes across hiring, onboarding, development, and internal communication.
