Fstone Technologies, a top-tier Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm, is hiring a Remote HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources operations for our growing client base. This role is perfect for highly organized individuals who are passionate about HR, people operations, and administrative support — all from the comfort of home.
🧾 Key Responsibilities:Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
Support benefits administration and documentation tracking
Assist in compiling HR reports, surveys, and compliance data
Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
Provide general administrative support to HR and recruiting teams
High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s in HR or Business preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
100% remote work
