Location: ON-SITE in our Paraguay Offices (Asunción). Working Hours from 9 AM to 6 PM GMT-3. (Open to Bolivian candidates as a 100% remote position).

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct sourcing for technical or specialized positions, primarily within the technology and data domains.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection lifecycle, from initial outreach to final offer.
- Analyze and understand position requirements, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Engage in discussions with candidates and clients to clarify role expectations and provide hiring insights.
- Manage the entire onboarding process.
- Conduct background checks on candidates.
- Oversee administrative tasks: issuing receipts, handling administrative processes for new hires.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams for purchases or tasks related to the HR department.
- Provide regular reports to the HR managers in administrative processes and/or with candidates.
- Set appointments and interviews between Candidates and Interviewers when needed.
- Follow up processes with the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and the Abstra Team.
- Use all means necessary to find the BEST candidates in the market!
- Build a network of highly sought-after, technology-specific candidates.
- Grow your technology knowledge to qualify candidates’ true capabilities and passions.
- Advise candidates on resume presentation, interview skills, and follo -up protocols.
- Educate employers on the availability and desires of hard-to-find candidates.
- Mentor and coach consultants to perform at their best.
- Build your brand and reputation as a trusted career advisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields involving people management (students or graduates are welcome to apply).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or with related tasks, but not necessarily all of them.
- Mandatory Experience: Proven experience in sourcing, searching, and selecting candidates for technical or specialized roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations (or willingness to proactively research and learn if lacking experience).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong proficiency in technology is preferred.
- Proven experience in related roles.
- Ideally, experience in sourcing candidates for technology, support, and various other positions.
- Ability to manage a candidate pipeline effectively.
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates.
- Deep knowledge of IT and Cloud technologies.
- Successful history of filling jobs with W2 candidates, especially passive candidates.
- Knowledge of cutting-edge sourcing tools and technologies.
- Passion for the recruiting industry and ideas on how to improve it.
Required Soft Skills:
