Job Description- Accurate maintenance and delivery of the company's Memorandum tracking and issuance system
- Support, attend and notarize where applicable all arbitration council and committee meetings of the company
- Ensure all probationary contracts are assessed on time and all plantilla is accurate
- Attend the monthly security meeting and deliver minutes to all who attend
- Liason with unions on ER matters were guided by senior management and legal advice
- HR degree, Psychology, Management or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Knowledgeable with Labor Law and previous experience handling employee discipline is an advantage
- Knowledgeable with spreadsheets and word processing for creating reports
