HR Assistant - CDI

Join our Human Resources team and contribute to the day-to-day management of key HR processes, with a particular focus on Learning & Development and HR administration. Working closely with the HR team, you will help coordinate training initiatives and provide operational support across a variety of HR topics.

Your missions:

Learning & Development

  • Assist with the research and proposal of relevant training courses;
  • Coordinate the organisation of internal and external training sessions, including trainings for new joiners; 
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of trainings, including registrations, attendance tracking and related documentation;
  • Support the coordination and follow-up of the mentoring programme; 
  • Contribute to the preparation and administrative follow-up of the co-financing plan; 
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers;
  • Support the implementation and follow-up of Learning & Development initiatives and global HR projects.

HR Administration

  • Support the HR team in the day-to-day administration of HR processes;
  • Assist with the preparation, follow-up and filing of HR documents;
  • Contribute to the management and administrative follow-up of absences; 
  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR administrative procedures;
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team when needed.
Your profile:
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field;
  • You have a first experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to Learning & Development;
  • You are comfortable working with digital tools and have an excellent command of Microsoft Office;
  • You are fluent in English and French; additional languages such as German, Luxembourgish and/or Dutch are considered an asset;
  • You have strong organisational and communication skills;
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented and rigorous;
  • You demonstrate discretion and understand the importance of confidentiality in HR matters.

Skills Required
