HR Assistant - CDIJoin our Human Resources team and contribute to the day-to-day management of key HR processes, with a particular focus on Learning & Development and HR administration. Working closely with the HR team, you will help coordinate training initiatives and provide operational support across a variety of HR topics.
Your missions:Learning & Development
- Assist with the research and proposal of relevant training courses;
- Coordinate the organisation of internal and external training sessions, including trainings for new joiners;
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of trainings, including registrations, attendance tracking and related documentation;
- Support the coordination and follow-up of the mentoring programme;
- Contribute to the preparation and administrative follow-up of the co-financing plan;
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers;
- Support the implementation and follow-up of Learning & Development initiatives and global HR projects.
HR Administration
- Support the HR team in the day-to-day administration of HR processes;
- Assist with the preparation, follow-up and filing of HR documents;
- Contribute to the management and administrative follow-up of absences;
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR administrative procedures;
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team when needed.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field;
- You have a first experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to Learning & Development;
- You are comfortable working with digital tools and have an excellent command of Microsoft Office;
- You are fluent in English and French; additional languages such as German, Luxembourgish and/or Dutch are considered an asset;
- You have strong organisational and communication skills;
- You are proactive, detail-oriented and rigorous;
- You demonstrate discretion and understand the importance of confidentiality in HR matters.
