We are looking for a hands-on and autonomous HR & Office Coordinator to support our operations in the Benelux region (Belgium & Netherlands).
This is a key hybrid role combining HR coordination and office management, where you will ensure a smooth employee experience while maintaining efficient and compliant operations.
You will act as a trusted point of contact for employees, a partner for HR processes, and the owner of office operations, working closely with local teams and global HQ.
You’ll take ownership of both HR coordination and office management, with a focus on:
- Coordinate payroll administration (Belgium & Netherlands)
- Manage the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, benefits)
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
- Support audits and act as a link with HQ
- Oversee daily office operations and facilities
- Manage vendors, suppliers, and contracts
- Monitor budgets, purchase orders, and invoices
- Drive health & safety initiatives
- Organize employee events and engagement activities
- 5–10 years’ experience in HR Administration and/or Office Management
- Strong experience in Belgian payroll (essential)
- Exposure to Dutch payroll is a plus
- Hands-on, organized, and highly autonomous
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
