- Internal Recruitment:Manage
end-to-end internal recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews,
offers and
- on boarding:Liaise with
hiring managers on staffing needs and role requirements.
- Commercial Recruitment:Manage
client recruitment assignments from job posting and sourcing to shortlisting
and placement.Coordinate
client interviews, feedback, offer negotiations and candidate pipelines.
- HR 360:Provide
end-to-end HR support covering employee records, contracts, leave, payroll and
employee lifecycle processes.Support
onboarding, performance management, offboarding and statutory compliance.
- HR Consultancy:Support
clients with HR advisory, policies, contracts and compliance matters. Stay
updated on Tanzania labour laws and HR best practices.
Requirements
Degree
in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field. A
professional HR certification is an added advantage.
•
At least 2 years’ experience in HR administration and recruitment, ideally
covering both internal and commercial (client) placements.
•
Working knowledge of Tanzanian labour law and statutory HR compliance.
•
Strong client liaison and communication skills, with the confidence to support
business development and commercial placements.
•
Fluency in English and Kiswahili (written and spoken).
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with HR records and reporting.
•
Organised, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with
integrity.
• Based in Tanzania, and able to start at short notice.Tanzania's are encouraged to apply
