Your key responsibilities:

• Support the HR data strategy, across traditional data platforms (SQL Server) and cloud platforms (Backbone, Telescope, Taleo Arch.)

• Develop algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.

• Interact with business leaders and product teams to identify business questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.

• Conduct analytical research studies and establish predictive analytics related to recruiting, retention, growth, performance, team effectiveness, and leadership effectiveness connected to business needs

Key requirements:

• High proficiency in Python (Pref.) / R and proficiency in SQL. Additionally, experience in GIT is desirable

• Experience with Machine Learning (regression, classification, forecasting) and ML workflows (cross validation, hyper parameter tuning, hold out testing)

• Preferable university degree

• Fluent English and Spanish

• Ability to work in a team
