HR Analyst - 6 month contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HR Analyst for a 6-month contract to support the HR team on a range of high-impact projects. This role will focus on data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives that drive better decision-making and enhance the employee lifecycle. Note: This is a hybrid role with 4+ days in the office in Bryant Park.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with and support HR Business Partners and the business units.
• Support project initiatives within talent acquisition and learning and development space.
• Assist in preparing presentations and summaries for leadership reviews.
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts.
• Audit and/or support people analytics through reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams.
• Experience working on HR-related projects or process improvement initiatives preferred.
• Must be able to work 4+ days in the office in Bryant Park.
