- Around 3 years of experience in HR generalist and Operations role.
- Advisory to business on HR Policies and Procedures & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s), ensuring aligned to legally complaint and to our company’s value & culture.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to smoothly execute and deliver the HR processes for the business and thereby ensuring employee engagement.
- Define and execute consolidated reports for annual processes as well as adhoc to support the HR Partners and key business stakeholders.
- Connect with new joiners to understand if they have had a smooth onboarding experience and engagement.
- Manage and maintain Talent list, retention data, exit interviews, stay interviews
- Drive staff retention, understanding market trends.
- Organising and participating in monthly catch-up sessions with the new joiners, key talent and vulnerable staff cohorts.
- Supporting the HR partners in implementing retention strategies, Talent engagement, Line Manager interventions, ED&I strategies, various HR projects.
- Monitor timely, and qulitative completion of various life cycle processes like probation, People Process, Merit Review, Promotion/Progression.
- Advise and guide staff on complex HR queries along with Operations team.
- Ensuring that HR policies/processes are effectively and consistently implemented.
- Recommend new approaches for policies and procedures based on feedback.
- Providing HR support for complex HR cases that cannot be immediately resolved by the first line of support (e.g., compensation, performance issue etc.).
- Work closely with the functional Centre of Excellence (CoE), and Operations team to deliver HR services to the business.
Skills and Competencies
- High agility by embracing innovative ideas, being comfortable with iterative ways of working, synthesizing a wide range of information, having interest in collaborating with individuals throughout HR and the organization, and possessing the ability to tailor communication based on their audience.
- Core competencies for this role should include project management, consultative problem solving, relationship management, growth mindset, and creativity and innovation. Ability to work toward strict deadlines will be particularly an important skill. This role will prepare them to do HRBP role in the future by building their proficiency.
- Strategic HR expertise and understanding HR’s objectives and processes more broadly as they pertain to the overall strategy of the function.
