Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in full compliance with GDPR and local employment legislation.
- Ensuring all HR documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes, including contract issuance and the entire set of complete mandatory documentation.
- Act as the main central contact point for employee queries, providing clear and timely information and support
- Assist in payroll procession and benefits administration.
- Prepare HR reports and deliver administrative support to management.
- The ideal candidate will be an excellent administrator, able to work to a high standard of accuracy.
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in HR Administration, Finance Administration, Finance Assistant or payroll would be beneficial though not essential.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
- Fluency in Romanian and English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with in a team
- University degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Positive attitude, great time management and planning competencies
