Human Resources Support
- Support onboarding activities for newcomers, staff members, and seconded personnel.
- Maintain HR documentation and records.
- Support compliance-related HR documentation processes.
- Coordinate traineeship programme activities.
- Deliver HR administrative support services.
- Support internal HR process coordination.
- Assist with employment contract management.
- Administer online HR systems and tools.
- Maintain HR records and digital archives.
- Support management of school invoices and school certificates.
- Process employee certificates and related documentation.
- Provide HR administration and staff lifecycle support.
Recruitment, Learning and Development
- Support the organisation of recruitment and selection procedures.
- Assist with dissemination of vacancy notices.
- Support employer branding activities, including career fairs and communication channels.
- Organize and coordinate internal training activities.
- Maintain learning management systems and training platforms.
- Process individual training applications.
- Support contracts related to training activities.
- Assist with the organization of team-building activities and events.
- Monitor training budgets.
- Maintain recruitment, training, and learning records and databases.
- 4 years of experience in business or public administration.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with document and records management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and office applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and records.
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams including finance, HR, procurement, ICT, and engineering functions.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
