Requirements

  • HBO degree or higher in a relevant field (HR, Business, Psychology)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Proactive, well-organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Experience working with an HRIS is strongly preferred
  • Naturally build relationships and has the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Experience in HR administration; knowledge of Dutch labour law and visa applications is a plus
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks and support the team where needed

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS
  • Handle HR administrative processes, including sick leave, benefits, and holidays
  • Support employee mobility processes such as relocation, tax exemption applications, visa applications, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with the preparation and analysis of HR reports
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Support HR projects, including onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
