We are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR & Admin Officer to support daily HR and admin functions across all
our restaurant business units. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and performance tracking to ensure smooth operations and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records,
contracts, performance logs, and leave documentation across
all locations.
● Track and report staff attendance, leave schedules, and
support payroll preparation with accurate data.
● Coordinate recruitment logistics, onboarding processes, and
ensure timely documentation for new hires and exits.
● Draft and issue HR communications such as query letters,
deployment memos, and policy notices.
● Assist with organizing training, performance reviews, and
welfare programs for staff.
● Handle employee queries and escalate unresolved issues to the
HR Manager.
● Support HR reporting, compliance checks, and maintain
confidentiality in handling staff data.
● Coordinate with operations and branch managers to ensure
HR processes are executed in real time.
● Monitor office supplies and support general administrative
activities.
● Participate in HR-related audits and support documentation
for external inspections when required.
Requirements
● HND/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● HR certification or ongoing professional development (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc) in HR is an added advantage.
● 1–3 years of relevant HR and Administrative experience preferably in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), food production, hospitality, or event-based operations.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
● Good knowledge of Nigeria Labour Laws and HR best practices.
● Organization, planning, and multtasking.
Skills Required
