Position Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our growing U.S. operations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing essential administrative support to the team. You will assist with day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment support, onboarding, recordkeeping, and general office management, ensuring compliance and efficiency across our Houston office.
Key Responsibilities
● Administrative Support: Act as the primary point of contact for general HR questions; manage incoming HR emails and phone inquiries.
● Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters, background checks, and new hire paperwork.
● Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee files and HR records in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
● Payroll & Benefits Support: Provide administrative assistance for payroll processing and support employees with basic benefits-related questions.
● Calendar & Scheduling: Manage scheduling for interviews, HR meetings, and team events.
● Compliance & Reporting: Assist with drafting and auditing internal HR documents, ensuring that all policies and procedures are clearly documented.
● General Office Support: Maintain organized office filing systems and assist with general administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
● 1-2+ years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
● Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
● Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
● Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment in Houston, TX.
