This is a remote position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment contracts, pre-employment requirements, new hire orientation, and employee endorsements.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including requirements, contracts, orientation, benefits enrollment, clearance, and account deactivation.
- Facilitate overall hiring process (requesting information, requirements, and PSEA; reference checking; work email set-up, etc.)
- Prepare and process employment contracts, compensation packages, regularization notices, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including 201 files, HR master lists, company directories, organizational charts, and HR databases.
- Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and support payroll-related processes for 2 companies.
- Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits, including HMO enrollment and benefit releases.
- Drafts and routes Job completion certificate for contractors, and successful probation notice for regularized employees.
- Calendar the regularization dates and PACES schedule of all employees.
- Monitoring and coordination with SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth for employee benefits (e.g. loans, etc.)
- Address employee inquiries and provide administrative support for HR-related concerns.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, meetings, and other HR initiatives.
- Ensure proper communication
- Process government-mandated permits for renewal and new applications.
- Manage administrative and payment-related processes, including the preparation of purchase requests/purchase orders, processing of utility bills and other company payments, and monitoring payment deadlines to ensure timely settlement.
- Draft and distribute internal and external communication materials (e.g. minutes of the meeting, emails, correspondence, memos, etc.)
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and activities such as managing travel arrangements, developing event ideas, canvassing, and other logistic details.
- Prepare certificates, forms, letters, reports, and other necessary documents as requested.
- Assist the PSEA Focal Point Officer in the implementation and administration of the company's Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Perform other job-related functions that may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor.
- Primarily a WFH set-up, but candidate may be required to attend occasional in-person meetings 1-2 times a month. Additional onsite activities may also include project training and inventory/records retrieval outside NCR (e.g. Bulacan)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, or organizational development, or in a related discipline.
Previous experience as HR/Admin Assistant for a minimum of 2 years
Exposure to Labor Law, payroll practices and employment equity regulations
Effective HR administration, people management skills, organizational and time management skills.
Exposure to multiple tasks and works well even under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve concerns promptly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
IT Skill: Knowledge in G Suite, QBO, test platforms and other HR software
Results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
Can work independently and with minimal supervision

Skills Required
