【About the Role】
You'll be joining the HQ User Engagement team in a role that spans CRM Lifecycle, AI automation, and on-site user experience. Our goal is to reduce decision friction at every stage of the user journey, helping users discover the platform, return after their first purchase, and keep coming back over the long term.
Your core mission: use data, AI tools, and lifecycle design to help users find the right experience, take action, and come back again.
You'll collaborate across three brands (FunNow, Eatigo, Niceday) and multiple Asian markets.This role is for someone who isn't satisfied just completing assigned tasks. You actively ask whether there is a better way, and you are comfortable using AI tools to find it.

【What You’ll Do】
CRM Lifecycle Operations
- Build and maintain CleverTap User Journeys (onboarding, recall, retention, engagement)
- Monitor CRM performance dashboards and key metrics; proactively surface data-driven optimization recommendations
- Handle routine CRM operational tasks
On-site Friction Analysis & Optimization
- Identify user decision friction points from data (e.g., drop-off in the booking flow, low CTR on key pages)
- Design and run A/B tests; output CVR impact data to support iteration decisions
- Help validate placement logic for AI automation on-site initiatives
AI Tool Application & Workflow Automation
- Actively identify opportunities to use AI tools for workflow efficiency (e.g., automated reporting, smarter segmentation logic, content generation)
- Help maintain and expand existing n8n automation workflows
- Stay current on AI marketing trends and bring concrete, actionable ideas to the team — not just awareness that tools exist
Cross-market Collaboration
- Align with local marketing teams across markets on CRM execution needs
- Help consolidate cross-market lifecycle performance data to support HQ strategic decisions
【What We’re Looking For】
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations or growth-related roles (e-commerce or app marketing background preferred)
- Hands-on experience with at least one CRM automation tool (CleverTap, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Actively uses AI tools (Gemini, Claude, n8n, etc.) to solve work problems — not just heard of them
- Data literacy: able to extract insights from data and translate them into action
- Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
- Most importantly: someone who doesn't just want to complete assigned tasks, but consistently asks, "Is this solving the actual problem? Is there a better way?"

站內摩擦分析與優化
- 從數據找出用戶決策卡點(如預訂流程跳出、關鍵頁面點擊率偏低)
- 設計並執行 A/B 測試,輸出 CVR 影響數據以支撐迭代決策
- 協助 AI automation 站內版位邏輯的驗證工作
AI 工具應用與流程自動化
- 主動尋找可用 AI 工具提升工作效率場景(如報表自動化、分群邏輯優化、內容生成)
- 協助維護與擴展現有 n8n 自動化工作流
- 持續追蹤 AI 行銷趨勢,帶具體可落地的想法進團隊,不只是「知道有這個工具」
跨市場協作
- 與各地 Local Marketing 團隊對齊 CRM 執行需求
- 協助整理跨市場 lifecycle 成效數據,支援 HQ 策略決策

- 1-3 年行銷操作或成長相關經驗(APP 行銷背景優先)或對用戶經營有興趣新鮮人
- 熟悉至少一種 CRM 自動化工具(如 Clevertap、Salesforce Marketing Cloud 等)
- 能用 AI 工具(Gemini / claude / n8n 等等)解決工作問題,不只是聽過
- 具備數據閱讀能力,能從資料中挖掘 insight 並轉化為行動
- 具良好的中英文溝通與書寫能力
