We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage corporate master data, enhance data quality, and support system (CargoWise One) related business analysis. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, system evaluation, and operational support to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Corporate Master Data Management & Quality Improvement

  • Conduct global end-user training across branches and departments.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize system processes and data flows.
  • Maintain key corporate master data to support smooth operations.

2) Performance Monitoring

  • Develop and manage KPIs to monitor and improve corporate data quality.

3) Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a key contact for internal and external parties to perform business analysis, investigate system functionalities, and provide operational support.

4) Business Analysis & System Evaluation

  • Collect new business requirements and change requests.
  • Analyze CargoWise One system functionalities for feasibility studies.
  • Propose solution designs and workarounds.
  • Raise tickets and escalate any outstanding requirements.

5) Proceed any testing or trial runs for designed solutions

6) To compile user training materials or system behavior guidelines if need

7) To support any ad hoc activities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Knowledge/Work Experience

  • Over 2 years of experience in master data management, quality assurance, or process improvement within a logistics, supply chain, or operations environment
  • Hands-on experience in developing and managing KPIs related to quality and compliance performance
  • Project management experience is a plus.
