In this role, you will collaborate with team members to design, deploy, maintain, and optimize our hardware, network, and systems to support business growth. Key Responsibilities- Network & Cloud: Manage global networks (LAN/WAN/VPN/SD-WAN) and Azure cloud services; maintain virtualized environments (VM/virtual infrastructure), security settings, and performance.
- Security: Configure firewalls, ACL, IDS/IPS, and security policies; ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and NIST standards.
- Support: Provide user support and resolve connectivity and system issues.
- Projects: Work with overseas teams on cross-border projects; occasional international travel for implementation and troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain SOPs, configuration records, and user guides.
⸻ Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer (Network & Systems) or in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), VMware, firewalls, and vCenter.
- Hands-on experience with virtualized environments (VM/virtual infrastructure).
- Good English communication skills with proven ability to draft technical documentation.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially change, incident, and problem management.
- Strong IT security awareness.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or overseas onsite support is a plus.
