About Us
Morrison Express, a global 3PL logistics provider with 200+ offices worldwide, is looking for a Business Service Center Specialist to support our regional billing operations from our global headquarters in Taipei.
About This Role
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams across regions to ensure accurate billing execution, support inter-company transactions, and drive operational excellence.
What you’ll do
- Process daily customer invoices and support EDI transmission for assigned stations
- Verify billing accuracy and track outstanding accounts receivables
- Maintain billing documentation and ensure timely updates across supported stations
- Prepare inter-company billing and vendor cost accruals
- Collaborate with regional operations and finance teams for data accuracy
- Assist the BSC Manager with reporting and issue resolution
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in billing, accounting, operations, or shared services
- Familiarity with ERP systems (CargoWise One is a plus) and Microsoft Office
- Proficient in both in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive team player
