Role & Responsibilities
We are developing a custom software platform to improve supply chain management for our clients. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will:
- Design and Develop (50%)
- Focus on reusable designs and core components, implemented by you or team members.
- Optimize web applications for high performance and great user experience.
- Collaborate with PMs and Solution Architects to enhance UI/UX.
- Discussion and Operation (30%)
- Actively participate in discussions to optimize the platform and deliver high-quality results.

- Sharing and Training (20%)
- Conduct code reviews and share technical knowledge with team members.
- Document best practices, create coding standards, and train team members to follow them.
Qualifications
- React and Hooks: At least 3 years of experience.
- Proven ability to develop highly reusable and core components.
- Experience in improving UI/UX.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
