Mandatory Skills:
• Hands-on experience in HP Exstream Dialogue Tool version 7 and above.
• Able to design & Develop simple to complex document in Dialogue both in High Volume &
On-Demand Application.
• Should have strong knowledge around Dialogue Data Mapping, Page Designs, Output
Queues, Flow Tables, Barcodes, campaigns & Messages & Advanced concepts
• Dynamic Import of Resources into Document.
• Should be able to create documents in multiple languages
• Dialogue Engine Processing through mainframe, Unix Engine Switches, Connectors &
Application packaging
• Should be aware of building the Database for HP Exstream.
• Strong in Architecture and Design of CCM systems.
• Experience on Enterprise system integrations & Enterprise content Management
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience within the Information Technologies.

Skills Required

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or progressive experience in lieu of education as specified
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technologies
