This listing is for one paid task in the Kled app: "How-To Instructions You Write". There is no interview and no minimum hours: download the app, open the task, and you are paid per accepted submission.

Accepted: At least 150 words, numbered steps, describing something you can genuinely do.
Pay$2.10 per accepted guide. At a typical pace of about 8 minutes per guide, that is about $16 per hour. A 20-minute session of about 2 guides pays about $4.20. One guide per submission. You are paid per accepted submission (piecework, independent contractor); submissions that break the rules are not paid. Payouts are made in the app (PayPal, Venmo or a Solana wallet).

Search "How-To Instructions You Write", read the brief and follow the on-screen steps.
Submit. Accepted submissions are paid in the app.
