Now hiring for Full-Time Housekeepers at Beatitudes Campus Senior Living Community-Shifts: 7am to 3:30pm

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Housekeepers to help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that our residents deserve. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety and health standards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Respond promptly to special cleaning requests from residents or staff
- Follow established procedures for waste disposal and infection control
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning services preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform essential job functions, including emergency response, documentation, and communication with residents, families, and staff
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and a friendly, respectful attitude
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

Beatitudes Campus is a not-for-profit Life Plan Community in north-central Phoenix, founded by the Church of the Beatitudes in 1965. It provides senior living across independent living, assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, with onsite healthcare, services, amenities and activities. Its mission-driven community combines retirement living with a continuum of care designed to support older adults as their needs change.
