About the role:
We are looking for a motivated Legal & Compliance Associate to support our growing operations in a regulated digital environment.You will work closely with international legal and business teams, contributing to day-to-day legal execution while developing expertise in the industry.
This role is ideal for a lawyer with 2-3 years of corporate experience who is looking to gain exposure in an international in-house setting and grow within a regulated industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and support negotiation of commercial, vendor, and operational agreements.
- Support compliance efforts across business functions.
- Assist in identifying legal and regulatory risks and escalate complex matters when appropriate.
- Provide practical legal input to internal teams including operations, marketing and finance.
- Maintain corporate records, internal policies, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with external counsel and advisors.
- Assist in improving internal legal processes standards.
Profile & Qualifications:
- Licensed attorney with 2–3 years of experience in corporate, regulatory, or law firm practice.
- Foundational knowledge of corporate law, contracts, labor matters, data protection, and general compliance.
- Experience drafting standard commercial agreements and reviewing contractual terms.
- Exposure to regulated industries is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently on routine matters while seeking guidance on complex issues.
- Ability to understand business priorities and provide practical, solution-oriented advice.
- Native Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
