Hot Shot Drivers

We are seeking energetic and dependable Hot Shot CDL Drivers specializing in oilfield logistics to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering critical freight across various routes, ensuring timely and safe transportation of equipment, materials, and supplies essential to oilfield operations. Your expertise in truck driving and route management will keep operations running smoothly while maintaining the highest safety standards. Responsibilities

Safely operate a variety of commercial trucks including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and other specialized equipment.

Load and unload freight efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.

Execute route driving with precision, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure on-time deliveries.

Transport freight across short and long distances, managing schedules effectively to meet operational deadlines.

Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues before departure and after arrival.

Communicate proactively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, route changes, or any incidents encountered during transit.

Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, freight details, and delivery documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Experience

Proven experience as a delivery driver or truck driver within the oilfield or related industries.

Demonstrated expertise in driving manual transmission trucks and operating specialized equipment such as flatbeds, tankers, refrigerated trailers, dump trucks, or roll-off trucks.

Familiarity with freight handling including load & unload procedures using forklifts or other loading equipment.

Strong knowledge of route planning and route driving best practices to optimize delivery efficiency.

Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with endorsements relevant to the types of vehicles operated; clean driving record preferred.

Experience with commercial driving regulations and safety standards applicable to oilfield logistics operations.
