WHAT YOU’LL DO

Together with the security host you will staff the Front Desk and ensure everybody receives a warm welcome at Optiver. In this role you will have a variety of responsibilities including:

  • First point of contact for all visitors and colleagues.
  • Deal with all incoming communication (phone, e-mails, mail).
  • Take ownership of the Front Desk and ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Office management tasks, including assisting in the organization of internal events.
  • Ensure efficient communication with other departments.
  • Act as ambassador for Optiver.

WHO YOU ARE


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service position.
  • Hospitality is in your DNA, with a passion for making people feel welcome and at home.
  • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written in English. Proficiency in Dutch is preferred but not required.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Service-oriented with exceptional attention to detail, delivering premium service in every interaction.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and workflow efficiency.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and individually, with a drive to improve.
  • Able to multitask effectively while staying organized and calm under pressure.
  • Positive mindset, self-motivation, flexible, hands-on mentality and enthusiastic.
