We are currently searching for a Hospitality Lead,  responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the 67 Gansevoort Flagship while serving as the operational lead for Patula NYC. This role bridges retail and hospitality, ensuring both operate seamlessly as one integrated guest experience. This position is responsible for leading the Patula food and beverage program to brand standards while also fulfilling the responsibilities of a KREWE retail Keyholder. Working closely with the Store Manager, KREWE Retail Team, and Patula management, this individual will help grow Patula NYC into a profitable hospitality business that strengthens both the Patula and KREWE brands.


This role is based in our NYC Flagship Headquarters 5 days a week.


Key Responsibilities:

Hospitality Operations
  • Lead the daily execution of the Patula NYC hospitality program.
  • Execute and train 67G team on coffee, wine, and food service according to Patula standards.
  • Maintain quality, presentation, cleanliness, and organization of all hospitality spaces.
  • Oversee success of opening and closing procedures for the F&B operation.
  • Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs.
  • Ensure consistent guest experience across every shift.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact between the in-store team and Patula management.
Programming & Community
  • Develop and execute in-store programming that increases community engagement and drives repeat visitation.
  • Grow private events, wine tastings, shop parties, brand collaborations, and other activations.
  • Partner with the KREWE and Patula teams to build an annual programming calendar
  • Identify opportunities to increase event bookings and create new revenue streams through hospitality programming for both Patula NYC and 67G Flagship.
  • Act as a host and ambassador for both brands within the local community.
Retail Leadership

As a KREWE Key-holder, this role also participates in all standard leadership responsibilities, including:

  • Opening and closing the flagship.
  • Leading the sales floor and guest experience.
  • Supporting daily retail operations.
  • Coaching and developing team members, both in Retail and F&B standards.
  • Maintaining visual brand and operational standards.
  • Acting as Manager on Duty when required.
  • Act as a style advisor to every customer that walks through the door

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of wine, coffee, and food 
  • Food handlers card is required, or willingness/ability to acquire one
  • 2 years of management experience within the hospitality industry, retail experience a plus 
  • Strong work ethic
  • Advanced knowledge of fashion and F&B trends and a keen interest in eyewear and wine 
  • Proven experience driving results through CRM and store events 
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive results thru KPIs
  • Proven history of exceeding expectations time and again
  • Born leader with a strong work ethic
  • Thrives in a goal-oriented working environment
  • A knack for engaging guests authentically and being a product and brand expert

Salary (for New York only): Up to $20 hourly based on experience and qualifications. 

This reflects the base salary for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base pay, KREWE offers annual bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.
