About us
Talent Garden is a leading digital skills academy in Europe, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in the innovation ecosystem through diverse learning experiences. With online, offline, and hybrid courses, corporate programs and work and events spaces we offer an unparalleled vision to combine work life and learning.
Founded in Italy in 2011, Talent Garden has trained over 25,000 professionals in digital skills and business innovation, developed tailored corporate education programs for Fortune 500 companies, and built a network of 13 campuses in 4 countries, hosting over 4,500 innovators from startups, corporate labs, investors, and SMEs.
The role
We’re looking for a highly organised, empathetic and proactive Hospitality & Community Coordinator — a true busy bee who thrives in dynamic environments and loves making people feel welcome.
You’ll be the face and the heart of the campus: the person who ensures everything runs smoothly, that our members feel at home, and that every guest leaves with a smile.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will focus on three main areas:
1. Office & Facility Support
- Open the campus and make sure all spaces are ready to welcome members and guests (working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Monitor supplies, report maintenance needs, and coordinate with external providers.
- Support the Facility Manager in ensuring the building always looks and feels its best.
2. Front Desk Operations
- Manage the reception area — this will be your office, your world — welcoming members and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle calls, emails, deliveries, and access cards efficiently and with care.
- Keep the reception organised, tidy, and fully functional throughout the day.
3. Community Experience
- Onboard new members and make sure they feel at home from day one.
- Organise community moments and monthly events that bring people together.
- Communicate updates and opportunities through our newsletter and Slack channels.
- Be the go-to person for members’ happiness and wellbeing on campus.
About you
You are a service-minded and proactive professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for creating great experiences for others. You take ownership and ensure everything runs smoothly with care and attention to detail.
On top of this, you are:
- Organised and tidy (you can’t stand mess!)
- Extremely friendly and empathetic — you genuinely care about people’s comfort
- Quick in problem-solving and great at prioritising
- Productive, positive and full of energy
- Fluent in Spanish and English (any other European language is a big plus)
- Comfortable using digital tools (Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Google Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Someone who goes above and beyond for the happiness of others
Why You’ll Love Working Here
You’ll join an international and vibrant team that believes in creativity, collaboration and connection. You’ll work in a buzzing innovation campus full of entrepreneurs, startups and changemakers — and you’ll be the person who makes it all feel like home.
