We're seeking a dedicated and dependable Hospitality Aide to join our team! This role is essential in supporting residents’ daily care while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide
In this role, you will:
Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
Assist with Meals: Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
Provide Laundry Assistance: Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
Observe and Report: Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
Assist as Needed: Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.

Its services include short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, rehab-to-home programs, restorative nursing, wound care, and physical, occupational, and speech therapies. The center offers individualized, patient-centered care plans, nutritious meals, and a home-like environment, has 90 beds, and participates in Medicare and Medicaid.
