As a Vice President in Home Lending Data and Analytics Solutions, you will execute the data and analytics solutions product strategy and deliver outcomes, considering product complexity and dependencies, risk and compliance requirements, and internal and external customer experience.Job Responsibilities- Execute the data and analytics solutions product strategy and deliver outcomes, considering product complexity/dependencies, risk and compliance requirements, and internal/external customer experience.
- Plan and execute product delivery roadmaps aligned to the overall product vision using analysis of customer needs, competitive intelligence, data/analytics insights, firm capabilities, and financials.
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze business requirements and build/refine the technology delivery backlog.
- Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional product and product-area leads; engage key partners (Design, Data Owners, Tech Architecture, Engineering, Data/Analytics, etc.) early and often, and provide access to customers to deliver value.
- Partner on software product development and technology builds to create quality, scalable features/solutions, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage product workflow in Jira; prioritize and sequence the backlog considering audit/controls, data landscape, data center migration, resiliency, release coordination, and overall backlog health.
- Demonstrate understanding of the underlying technology that drives the product, including end-to-end ownership of tech assets and management of technology debt arising from decision-making over time.
- Lead delivery of AI/ML and agentic solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, roadmap planning, priority setting, and management reporting.
- Design and implement efficient data products/data marts/analytical solutions that consolidate key data categories across source systems, tailored to Home Lending Finance and Business Management needs.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, data product management, and analytics solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance/MIS, or a related field.
- Experience managing complex products leveraging data and models in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to set and manage accountabilities and expectations across team members, peers, business partners, and senior management.
- Strong track record leading teams and delivering challenging initiatives using expert program/product/function management skills.
- Proven leadership and influencing skills; ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed organization.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable data mart architectures (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema) and other data modeling techniques.
- Exposure to statistical techniques (e.g., regression, hypothesis testing, time series analysis, clustering) to analyze business data and uncover insights.
- Strong understanding of finance fundamentals (e.g., P&L);
- Demonstrated senior leadership mindset (initiative, inclusivity, and ownership). Home Lending business knowledge is a plus.

- Experience with Python, Databricks, Snowflake (or other cloud data warehouses), data engineering, data modeling, and Erwin.
