Role Overview

The HIS & RCM Implementation Lead is responsible for end-to-end implementation of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions across healthcare facilities. The role ensures successful delivery aligned with client expectations, timelines, and quality standards. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact in Valencia and lead coordination across stakeholders and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle HIS and RCM implementation including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live support

Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for successful project execution

Engage with client stakeholders and provide executive-level reporting

Ensure alignment with clinical workflows and revenue cycle processes

Lead cross-functional teams across business and technical domains

Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and project dependencies

Support change management, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization

Required Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT with focus on HIS and RCM

Proven experience in large-scale hospital or healthcare implementations

Strong understanding of clinical workflows and revenue cycle processes

Experience with systems such as Cerner, Epic, or similar platforms

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Language & Location Requirements

Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory)

Based in Valencia, Spain with on-site presence during key phases
