Job Description
We are looking for a competent Accounts Executive to perform Account Payables operational day to day activities.
Job duties:
- Perform AP operational day to day activities and ensure cash receipt account are up-to-date at all times.
- Assist in daily administrative work and other assignments.
- Responds to financial inquiries raised by customer service department.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or Certificate in Accountancy.
- Preferably with minimum of 1 year of working experience in accounting.
- Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Required Skill(s): Ms Excel and Quickbook.
- Required Language(s): English.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with documents in Mandarin
- Routine job.
Skills Required
