Roles and Responsibilities:
- HILs checklist creation using expertise in vehicle level functions know how
- Test execution, automation of checklist using m-scripting and python, coverage analysis along with report generation
- Supporting HILs Intergration using expertise in Communication and Diagnosis protocols. Good knowledge of Ethernet, INCA, CAN tools, LIN, Diagnosis communication protocols e.g. UDS, KWP 2000 etc.
- HILS dashboard creation using dSPACE control desk and mapping of I/Os and tuning parameters
- Automotive domain Knowledge of Body, Powertrain, EV, Infotainment, Connected etc.
Good to have skills:
- Supporting HILs bench setup using expertise in HILs as well as Controllers Domain knowledge. HILS load cards, Electrical and electronics troubleshooting skills. Harness drawing reading capability.
- Domain Knowledge of HILS and MATLAB based models understanding
- Knowledge of high voltage systems and EV safety standards
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineer/Computer Science
- 3-6 years of experience in HILs testing and Automotive domain is required
- Self-motivated, result driven individual, must be passionate about the work
