Job DescriptionOur Dewberry Pennsylvania offices are seeking a Highway Project Manager who has experience working on PennDOT,  PA Turnpike, city, and/or local projects.  With your experience, you will manage the development of highway designs and appurtenances. You will execute this work while supervising and guiding staff in the production of documents and reports. Additionally, you will monitor budgets and schedules, perform marketing duties, aid in the preparation of proposals, interface with clients regularly, and be involved with staff development.

Required Skills & Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering is required
  • Registered Professional Engineer in PA
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience
  • Experience in highway design, including
    • Horizontal and vertical alignments
    • Drainage design
    • Erosion and sediment pollution control design
    • Stormwater management design
    • Pavement design
    • Traffic engineering
    • Experience with MicroStation and InRoads/OpenRoads
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
