Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Department: TP)Human Resources Team
Shift: Core business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Direct Report: Talent Acquisition Unit Manager
We are looking for a talented Coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will develop thorough knowledge of HR best practices and share innovative ideas. If you have strong communication skills and are desire to become confident headhunter, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think ‘outside-the-box’ and who finish projects in a timely manner.
Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities are:- Screen candidate resumes, applications, and questionnaires to seek best fit talent matches against set specifications of open positions
- Schedule and conduct job interviews to designate candidates for right hire for a given position
- Schedule assessments/screenings and support next steps in hiring process (initiate and monitor forward movement of job offer contingencies)
- Fully support and inform the Talent Acquisition Specialist of recruiting status on a regular basis
- Proactively communicate with and support various department heads regarding staffing needs
- Uphold customer service excellence for candidates in the pipeline
- Aid and support online job board recruitment activities and ATS (applicant tracking system)
- Advocate and maintain the employee referral program
- Regularly communicate with employment agencies, vendors, community resources, etc. in order to create and maintain human resources and live networking
- Identify, support and participate in local & regional career fairs, job fairs, and community events
- Assist the Human Resources Department with other related tasks
- Perform additional duties as requested by management
Education:
- (Required) Bachelor’s Degree
- (Preferred) Human Resources, Business Administration or Organizational Behavior/Psychology
Experience:
- (Preferred) Relevant experience
- (Preferred) Previous experience in the manufacturing industry
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to frequently move about the manufacturing plant campus, general office environments, production areas, and occasionally ascend/descend stairs
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
- Must be able to position self to file documents including the top and bottom drawers of file cabinets
- Must be able to occasionally move office equipment and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
