About the Role:
We are looking for hungry, driven individuals who show initiative, are team players, and are quick learners. Our team of elite Property Specialists are a big driving force of our company. Their primary function is to speak to warm prospects that are pre-qualified and scheduled into their calendars by our appointment-setting team and then close them on a membership fee.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Embody company values
- Support and grow the team culture
- Hit KPIs for the number of newly joined members per month
- Manage a pipeline of prospects over a short and long-term period, constantly following them up to help them move forward with membership
- Generate new prospects from referrals
- Proactively find improved ways to achieve higher success for yourself and the team
Key Skills, Experience & Qualities:
- High ticket closing is greatly valued
- Strong communication skills

- Proficient with standard computer systems
- Experience with CRM systems is valued but not essential
