The Opportunity
Root is looking for a High School IT Intern. The ideal candidate enjoys the pursuit of solving complex problems in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of a high-growth organization.
Pay: $15.00/hr
How You Will Make an Impact
AV support and maintenance
Tier I troubleshooting.
Hardware asset management (inventory control, secure wiping, imaging)
Shipping of equipment to employees as instructed
Additional tasks as assigned
What You Will Need to Succeed
Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in teams
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Gain hands-on experience in an IT position
Shadowing and training experiences with knowledgeable professionals
Opportunity to attend networking events and company meetings
Flexible schedule
Candidates considered must be local to Columbus, OH area and a current High School student in good standing and in a Technical Program.
